Q:       What is a Reward eCard?

A:        A Reward eCard is a virtual prepaid card with a unique code that may be used for shopping at most retailers that accept MasterCard.

 

Q:       How do I receive my $5 Reward eCard

A:        Upon validation that you have met the program requirements, you will receive a unique code and link to www.catchowoffer.com. You will type in code and email address at this provided link.  You will then be given the option to print your $5 Reward eCard* which will require a printer and/or to download a record of it to your computer. You will also receive an email confirmation upon the validation of your code with a link to your $5 Reward eCard.  The link in the confirmation email will only be valid for 7 days of receipt of email. 

 

It is important that you print and/or properly save a record of your $5 Reward eCard to your computer.

        

Q:        When is the deadline for me to redeem my $5 Reward eCard?

A:         The final date to download or print your $5 Reward eCard from the promotion website is April 14, 2014. You will be able to redeem and use the printed/downloaded $5
            Reward eCard until April 30, 2014.


Q:        How do I use my $5 Reward eCard?

A:         1) Select the retailer of your choice.

2) Go shopping!

3) If the retailer accepts multiple forms of payments and your purchase exceeds $5: Your purchase can exceed $5, but the balance of the payment that exceeds $5 will be your responsibility. Note – many online retailers do not accept multiple forms of payment. In this case refer to the below #4.

4) If the retailer does not accept multiple forms of payment, your actual purchase, including shipping and handling and taxes must NOT exceed the amount on your $5 virtual prepaid card.

5) At checkout, select MasterCard as the Method of Payment, to be processed as a credit card.

6) Enter the 16-digit account number located on your virtual prepaid card, along with the 3-digit security code.

7) For billing address please enter 111 John St. NY, NY 10038. If the purchased item is being shipped, list your own name and mailing address.

8) If your purchase is less than the amount on your virtual prepaid card, you may use the remaining balance to make another purchase. 

  

 

Q:        I am ordering online; why am I being asked for my billing address associated with the $5 Reward eCard

A:         This is legally required by the financial association.  You will NOT receive a bill.

 

Q:        What if my total order, including tax and shipping, is more than the value that is loaded onto my $5 Reward eCard?

A:         Unless the retailer accepts multiple forms of payment towards a single transaction, your actual purchase, including shipping and handling and taxes must NOT exceed the amount on your $5 Reward eCard.

 

Q:        What if my total order, including tax and shipping, is less than the value that is loaded onto my $5 Reward eCard?

A:         If your purchase is less than the amount on your $5 Reward eCard, you may use the remaining balance to make another purchase. Your Reward eCard must be used by April 30, 2014.

Q:        What if I still have a balance on my $5 Reward eCard when it expires on April 30, 2014?

A:         If there is still a balance when the $5 Reward eCard expires, the balance is forfeited.
